We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bushcraft Magazine. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below or contact us at info@bushcraftmagazine.com.

Subscriptions

Books & Merchandise

You can cancel an order for books or merchandise within 14 days of it reaching you, without giving a reason. Email info@bushcraftmagazine.com or send us any other clear message, then post the items back to us within 14 days. You pay the return postage. We refund what you paid, including the postage, within 14 days of getting the items back or of you showing us you've sent them. Section 5 of our Terms of Service has the full details and a cancellation form.

Back Issues

Back issues are single issues of a magazine, so the right to cancel doesn't apply to them and we can't take one back because you've changed your mind. If one arrives damaged or isn't the issue you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date; however, you may request a refund if the new date is unsuitable.

Camping

Camping bookings are non-refundable once purchased, except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. If an event is rescheduled, camping bookings will be valid for the new date; however, you may request a refund if the new date is unsuitable.

Workshop Bookings

Workshop bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

We refund to the way you paid. Allow a few days for your bank to show it.
