Cancel a subscription
You can cancel at any time and no notice is needed.
- Go to bushcraftmagazine.com/login and enter the email address you subscribed with. We'll email you a sign-in link.
- Open the link, then go to Subscription.
- Find the subscription you want to stop. Each one shows who it goes to and when it renews. Press Cancel subscription under it, then Yes, cancel.
We'll email you to confirm the date your subscription ends. Your issues keep coming until then, and you won't be charged again.
To avoid the next payment, cancel by the day before your renewal date. Your renewal date is on your Subscription page and in the reminders we email before each renewal.
Bought it as a gift? Sign in with your own email address. The subscription is in your account, not theirs.
Can't sign in? Email us at team@bushcraftmagazine.com and say you want to cancel. We'll cancel it and email you to confirm.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel for a refund:
- from the day you subscribe until 14 days after your first issue arrives
- for 14 days from each renewal date
Email us at team@bushcraftmagazine.com or use our contact form and tell us you want to cancel. You don't need to give a reason.
We'll stop your subscription straight away and refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with. The amount depends on what you've already received, and we'll confirm it when we reply. We take off the cost of the issues already sent and, for a new two-year subscription, the value of the signed book. You don't need to send anything back.
