Part One: Fully Guided Somatic Yoga — Slow, Felt, and Deeply AccessibleThe first half of the session is a fully guided somatic practice, inspired by Yin and nervous‑system‑aware movement.
It’s intentionally slow, gentle, and suitable for every body.
This practice focuses on:
• How you enter, experience, and leave a pose
• Internal cues from your own felt sense
• A process‑oriented approach that supports nervous system reset
• Very slow, deliberate transitions
• Exploring how your body feels and responds moment‑to‑moment
• Letting go of the idea of “achieving a shape” and instead discovering what your body needs
You’ll be guided through simple, held postures that encourage deep release through the fascia and a softening of long‑held tension.
The guidance is gentle, supportive, and invitational — helping you tune in, slow down, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.
Part Two: Free‑Flow Dance — Move What Wants to MoveOnce your body has softened and opened, we shift into a music‑led, intuitive dance session.
No choreography.
No steps to follow.
No pressure to perform.
Just movement that feels good — movement that comes from instinct, emotion, and the natural rhythm of your body.
