Wild camping in our woodlands is included in your weekend ticket. String up a tarp, hammock, pitch up your 2 man tent or bivi sack. Ground fires, dead wood foraging, up to 2 man tent sizes are only allowed in the wild camping zone.

*Small ground fires allowed in the wild camping zone, all other zones must have raised fires not to scorch the earth.

Day ticket holders may enjoy the show for one day selected from show opening at 09:00 – 17:00. Please purchase a weekend ticket is you wish to stay over and enjoy the evening entertainment.

Free Day Parking.

Upon arrival, our VIP ticket holders are welcomed by our concierge whose upmost priority is to ensure your comfort and that you have a truly memorable time with us. You may arrive from 12:00 hrs on Friday 23rd May 2025 to setup camp for the weekend. Camping in our exclusive VIP Camping Zone is included in your VIP ticket.

Suitable for tents of all sizes and small to medium (Lightweight) camping vehicles. Electrical hook-up not provided in this zone. (All motorhomes and caravans should book onto the caravan site, additional fee applies). Raised fires only in this zone.

• Exclusive VIP Camping Zone adjacent to the water. Watch out for the sygnets! (As VIP’s you are welcome to pitch up in any of our core camping zones as your desire, including VIP, Wild Camping, Family Camping and Quiet Camping zones.
• Exclusive amenities: including drinking water, stand pipe, toilet and wash facilities.
• Exclusive VIP special event – TBA.
• Celebrity book signing – Front of queue fast pass.
• Priority front row seating for the main stage presentations.

Family Camping & Quiet Camping

These open field camping zones allow you to setup your family tent parking your vehicle next to your tent and small/medium (lightweight) camping vehicles are welcome.

Quiet Camping is for those who would like a little peace and quiet in the evenings.

One Night Camping Addon

If you are not an experienced camper or perhaps you are unable to stay for the whole three nights, why not try our taster programme?

This special ticket allows you to arrive on site @ 16:00 on Sunday, set-up your tent in the family camping field or your tarp in the woodlands (please note that only small, maximum two person size tents in the woodlands are allowed) and then enjoy the evening entertainment, bars and food concessions. You will then awake on Monday morning ready to enjoy the huge array of demonstrations, classes/workshops, talks/stage presentations, water sports, music, traders and catering outlets. There is a full programme of kids club activities (pre-booking is strongly advised as spaces in this ever-popular club always sell-out!).

Glamping

Sold per Tent.

4m bells can fit up to 3 people, 5m bells up to 5 people. The Emperor will sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Unfurnished Bell Tents

Include the shell only for you to provide your own sleeping arrangements.

Furnished Bell Tents

You can choose between Twin, which is two single bedding setups or Double, a double bedding setup.

Include:

• Polymatting carpet flooring,
• Real foam mattress on the floor (double or two singles), bedding (13.5 tog duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillowcase, fitted sheet, 2 pillows, vanity mirror, luxury battery operated lamp, fairy lights around centre pole, centre rug,
• bedside table, welcome matt.

Caravan Park

Sold per pitch. One pitch includes 16amp electrical hook-up and a space for one motorhome or caravan and vehicle. Some hard standing pitches available, first come first served.

WC disposal point available. Toilets provided for The Bushcraft Show 2025. No showers provided on caravan park. Limited availability.

Bag of Firewood

Bags of firewood are available for pre-purchase and to purchase and collect from the Info Tent. First come first serve.

1. Purchase a valid weekend show ticket show ticket, along with the Overlanding Exhibitor Pitch in the camping addons.

The Bushcraft Show 2025 will be host to an array of fascinating zones, one of which will be the Overlanding Zone. Sporting overland and off-road rigs from around the world, this is a fascinating and fast-growing aspect of our offering.

Club/Group Stands

If you are part of a club stand and wish to exhibit together please detail the name of the club/group for us to make arrangements and don’t forget your banners and vehicle spec sheets to display – we love ’em.

• Toilets and washing facilities are provided.
• Drinking water taps are provided.
• First aid point will be located in the main arena.
• A raft of food and drinks concessions available to purchase onsite.

• Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
• There will be SIA badged security throughout the event.
• All dogs must be on leads at all times.
• Wild camping in our woodlands is included in your weekend ticket.
• Wild camping zone is the only camping zone permitted to have ground fires, all other camping zones must have raised fires not to scorch the earth.
