Reading the ground: an introduction to Mantracking

£15.00

This workshop introduces the ancient art of reading footprints on the ground as a way to develop awareness, observation, and presence. Participants will learn how every step leaves a trace and how to recognize direction, intention, and movement by carefully observing the terrain. Through practical exercises and guided exploration, the workshop trains the eye to notice details often overlooked and to interpret the stories written on the ground. By learning to read tracks participants strengthen focus, patience, and connection with the environment, discovering how the ground beneath our feet can become a teacher of attention, clarity, and understanding.
