Individual whisking sessions | Sauna

£45.00

Each session is an individual experience in leaf whisking, a natural and traditional sauna ritual where a bundle of fresh (or soaked dried) leafy branches, often birch, is gently brushed or tapped against the skin during heat.
The process stimulates circulation, opens pores, and releases the natural oils and aroma of the leaves into the steam. This combination of heat, scent, and rhythmic touch helps relax muscles, exfoliate the skin, and deepen the body’s response to the sauna. Beyond the physical benefits, leaf whisking has a calming, grounding effect, connecting breath, body, and nature in a simple, restorative way.
