Following your own tracks: learning orientation through self-observation

£15.00

This workshop explores orientation and self-navigation through the practice of reading your own tracks. Participants learn how to recognize the signs they leave behind, understand changes in direction, pace, and intention, and use these traces to stay oriented in unfamiliar terrain.

By observing their own footprints and movement patterns, participants develop spatial awareness, clarity, and confidence in navigation. The workshop encourages slowing down, reflecting on one’s path, and using personal traces as reliable guides to remain grounded, aware, and oriented in both the landscape and the moment.
