Deer Butchery

Learn how to skin and butcher large game in the form of a whole deer.
This fully interactive workshop will enable you to get your hands on a whole deer while you are guided through the process of removing the animals hide then butchering the animal into individual cuts of meat ready for cooking.

 

There will one deer per 2 people so you can be sure you will get lots of hands on experience (and meat!)

 

You will leave the workshop with your own butchered venison steaks, stewing meat and roasting joints as well as tendons for cordage and bones for tools.
